Sketching Brunch

 It was absurdly cold on Saturday morning, so the Memphis Urban Sketchers met indoors at the Arcade. Usually we scatter to paint, so it was fun to sit in a group, look at each others' sketch books, and (because I have to when I go there) eat sweet potato pancakes.

Here are my sketches from this morning.  It's been a while since I have sketched and it felt great to get back into it.  My first sketch was my favorite; it seems like that happens a lot.  It was nice to be able to sketch indoors on this cold day and enjoy the company of other artists.  Thanks to the Arcade for a great experience.
